This is interesting - from an english point of view it sounds strange to 
say "the how-many-est", but in German, it's completely normal to say 
"der wievielte".

I would accept {'arDIch} just like {'arlogh}. {'arDIch} sounds logic and 
will be understood. As long as Maltz doesn't say no, why should we?
