[Tlhingan-hol] types of phrases

In Klingon Christmas Carol we have this phrase to start the toast:
"HIvje'meyraj tIpep!"  or "HIvje'raj tIpep" ... there's been disagreement
back and forth as to whether the "mey" is needed.
