[Tlhingan-hol] Klingon word in unusual place

In the January 2006 edition of the Dubai Arabic magazine Ahlan! (!اهلاً),
on page 56 there is an advertisement sponsored by Jordan Youth, Freedom
House, and MEPI (U.S. - Middle East Partnership Initiative). It shows a
picture of the globe covered by the word "No" in about 35 different
languages, including tlhIngan Hol: Ghobe'. (I know, it's not supposed to be
a capital "g", but they capitalized all of them.) The text says (according
to Google Translate): "Express your voice ...And in any language, and say
no to violence in all its forms".
