Sounds about right. As I recall, you, 'ISqu' and I were seated quite near each other at one point, and we definitely exchanged some sentences, but exactly who said how much to whom I can not recall.

I'm fairly terrible at understanding spoken tlhIngan Hol ({QIt yIjatlhqa'!} is one of my most commonly used phrases), but I've definitely exchanged a few lines with maHvatlh and 'ISqu', and I'm fairly sure I've conversed with Quvar, so adding my connections and Rohan's would bring us to:

I can't add too many to Qov's composite list, as I've only had the chance to speak Klingon at qep'a'mey where she has also been in attendance. But I would definitely add 'enru' (Andrew Miller), who I first met at the 2011 qep'a'. Most of our conversations were carried out in English as I was still finding my feet with spoken Klingon, but we did converse in Klingon a couple of times quite smoothly, and when Qov was on the vow he certainly had enough ability to interpret for her to the poor unsuspecting Denny's wait staff... I'm not entirely sure I've had a "conversation" as such in Klingon with our fearless leader Lawrence, but I seem to recall interpreting for him to a couple of people in Reno, so I know he has the ability to converse on at least a basic level. Others who've known him longer could gauge his ability better than I.

Quvar, HIqawmoH - wa'ben qep'a'Daq qaStaHvIS HaSta jatlhchuqpu'ghach, tlhIngan Hol wIlo'pu''a' maH cha' majatlhchuqtaHvIS?
