[Tlhingan-hol] The QIH Act ??

The QIH act is the main act of the opera 'u'; the one detailed in the paq'QIH part of the paq'batlh.

I believe there are some slight differences between the performance and the version found in paq'batlh, because the latter had been reviewed by several qep'a' attendees.
