[Tlhingan-hol] KLCP test (was (no subject))

Hello, Ryjoe;

I am ter'eS, the Beginner's Grammarian. Although this isn't strictly a grammar question, you call yourself a beginner, so I'll respond.

The KLCP tests are only administered at the annual KLI conference, the qep'a'. The next qep'a' is this August, in Chicago. If you peruse the archives of this list, you should be able to find details about the qep'a' (look for posts from our fearless leader, Lawrence). If you are attending the qep'a' and want to take the test, you probably let Lawrence know when you register.
