Klingons do get sick. Known Klingon diseases, illnesses and "syndromes" (as they are often called in Trek) include:

*rop'ngor*
A disease that sometimes affects Klingon children, somewhat akin to Terran measles. (TNG "Up the Long Ladder")

*Ba'ltmasor* Syndrome
Visiting exobiologist J'Dan took regular weekly injections in the Enterprise-D sick Bay to treat his Ba'ltmasor Syndrome. He kept a Klingon "hyposyringe" in his quarters for that purpose. The details of the disease were not mentioned. (TNG "The Drumbeat")

*Nehret*
All the Klingons from Kohlar's ship are carrying a dormant disease which will eventually become active and kill them. Kohlar says, "It is the Nehret". The disease is contagious, but only for Klingons. Both B'Elanna and her baby have become infected but the Doctor manages to cure everyone. (VOY "Prophecy")

Anyone know of any others?
