Instead of {qaSpu'DI' wa' rep}, what do you think about {wa' rep pIq}?
I assume he's setting a time for the duel, not specifying a waiting
period.

If he's saying "get your betleH", it implies that he thinks ghutar has
one nearby and just needs to retrieve it. {Suq} would be a good verb
if he didn't own one and needed to acquire one somehow, but in that
case it would probably be {betleH yISuq} without the possessive
suffix. I think {yIr} "gather" might be marginally better, though I
don't know that it applies properly to a single weapon.
