att lägga ledningar - to lay circuits/wires
att lägga kabel - to lay cable [NOTE: Google reveals that this also has a rather unfortunate slang colloquial interpretation, vaj Suverya' DaSuchbogh mu'tlheghvam yIghuH]

(the phrase "att dra ledningar" ("to pull circuits") is also commonly used)
