A sonic shower appears in Star Trek: The Motion Picture. Vejur's probe, 
which had taken the form of Lieutenant Ilia, was naked in it. (You don't 
get to see anything, though, so the film managed a G-rating. These days 
it'd be rated PG for certain themes.)
