Hm. I wonder whether it is the subject of {'oH}, or merely an
adverbial for the phrase that happens to be in that position rather
than at the front.
Is there a difference between {nuqDaq 'oH puchpa''e'} and {puchpa''e'
nuqDaq 'oH}? (The latter in the sense of {HaqwI''e' DaH yISam}.)
Though TKDa 6.7 gives that sentence as an example of how an adverbial
such as {DaH} "when the object noun is topicalized by means of the
noun suffix {-'e'}".
So I guess it's the {DaH} that's mobile there rather than the {HaqwI''e'}.
Cheers,
Philip
