I have a page of "Newest Words" on my site: http://teresh.tdonnelly.org/klinewest.html . Of course, "newest" is relative; I haven't updated this since 2002, and all of its content may be found in other new word lists, for all I know.

The biggest one, as I see it, is Klingonska Akademien's (http://klingonska.org) full klingon word database (http://klingonska.org/dict/dict.zdb). It's been the single most helpful resource outside of Voragh's (slowly shared) Annotated Klingon Dictionary.

Also, for ease, I formatted and posted to reddit (http://www.reddit.com/r/tlhInganHol/comments/metg3/klcp_500_words/) the 500 Basic Words the Beginner's Grammarians need to know, as they're the most basic and useful words in the Klingon Dictionary.
