Indeed, for one thing, in *voQa', the o is barely audible. For another, in voQHa' the stress is on voQ, while in *voQa', it's on Qa'. Also, Klingon is a very choppy language, so in voqHa', there should be a [very, very brief] break between voq and -Ha'.
