[Tlhingan-hol] paq'batlh: MISSING FROM THE BOOK

Lieven mentioned seeing this expression in the book but apparently it appears only 
in the published libretto of the 'u' opera. I took a brief look at it during the 
qepHom'a' and noticed some differences between the two books. Since the libretto 
book clearly counts as another source of canon it would be a good idea to see if 
there are other bits of new Klingon lurking in it. 

BTW at the qepHom'a' MO confirmed that {Se'vIr malja'} is indeed based on the name 
of Elsevier publishing company.
