This should have been - nuqDaq 'oH beylI''e'?

There's been plenty of discussion about where Marc may have got beylI' from
but something that crossed my mind when someone on a morning news channel
was discussing a word and whether that word could take the suffixes -ee and
-or..  I can't remember now what the word was as I was too busy thinking
about banks being bailed out. Appling the principle on "to bail out" with
the Bank being the object it would make the Government the bailor and the
bank the bailee.. Whether it's correct English or not doesn't really matter
as it's surely one of the possible sources of Marc's choice. 

Personally I think it's a strongest contender.
